A well known and leading property & real Estate company (Apartment, Condominium, Residential) and existing client of PT Affix Consulting is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director (Property Sector) for its Jakarta head office:

Sales & Marketing Director – Property

Responsibilities:

Develop their brand, product and customer proposition in the Indonesian markets.
Develop and implement an industry leading marketing and promotional strategy.
To lead and develop a team of marketing and sales professionals
Grow Sales plan for new property
Grow and develop a successful sales team
Develop Client Account Management and CRM function
Provide detailed sales and marketing reports, pricing exercises and comparable analysis.
Provide weekly feedback on development sales and be responsible for board level sales reporting.
Recruit and Manage an in-house sales team.
Provide guidance on sales pricing strategies.
Financial management and cost control of each site
Drive marketing/advertising strategy and initiatives, including budgeting and implementation
Liaising with press office and journalists as required
Monitor and record responses to advertising campaigns
Manage, train, motivate and supervise Site Staff where required
Development of annual price, product and proposition strategy
Understand target markets through in depth research
Competitor and sector knowledge
Ownership of the development and delivery of an annual Marketing Strategy
Analyze customer buying preferences through market analysis, sales information and specialized surveys
Digital marketing strategy including paid and organic search
Promotional strategy and creative campaign development
Off-line media strategy
Social media strategy
PR strategy
Ownership of the business development and sales process

Requirements:

Male/Female, max 45 years old
Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration/ Commerce / Management / Marketing or its equivalents.
MUST have at least 10 years working experience with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior management position in a Property Development Company as Sales & Marketing Director
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Track record in Business development, ideally in commercial property, apartment services or residential business would be acceptable
Established and diverse media contacts in both national and local print, TV, radio and digital media outlets.
Excellent in Strategic planning and analysis
Experienced in conducting Marketing research, Brand management
Possess Strong training and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Have to be full of bright ideas and ways to sell the product.
Must be creative and have good interpersonal skills.
Will have to liaise with Media, Consultants, Contractors, Local Authorities and Utility Companies Government departments / agencies, Professional bodies, Suppliers and Third parties
Experience of developing a marketing and sales strategy at the property industry
Owned and implemented an annual pricing review
Owned and implemented the annual development of a customer product and proposition
Managed a marketing team and the use of external agencies
Developed and implemented a marketing strategy with detailed knowledge of digital marketing
Developed a website platform and social media strategy
Proven communicator and influencer at boardroom level
Developed and managed a set of performance metrics
Possess good command of written and spoken English with excellent selling and marketing negotiation skills.
Able to inspire, lead and manage the sales & marketing team to implement sales & marketing strategies effectively
Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives
Experiences in public speaking and presentation skills are bonus.
