DESIGNER (HOME DÉCOR – INTERIOR)



Requirements:

Male/female min 25 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Diploma with minimum 2 years of experiences in interior design
Have good knowledge in CAD 2D/3D, corel, texpro and able to apply the program in designing
English both oral and written will be added advantage
Interior designers must be creative, imaginative, and persistent and must be able to communicate their ideas visually, verbally, and in writing.
Good personality and willing to work flexible hours
Able to work well independently and as a team.
Enthusiastic and ability to meet deadlines (fast  work rate –output )
Job Description:

The main responsibility of interior designer is designing a space that is visually pleasing.
The spaces are almost every type of building including offices, airport terminals, theatres, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and private residences.
The object can be furnishings, curtains, wallpaper and lighting.
Inspecting and surveying buildings, developing detailed designs and choosing materials
working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for
inspecting and surveying buildings
negotiating fees and setting schedules for the project
Develop detailed designs and choosing materials.
