Requirements:
Personal Attributes
English speaking and writing a MUST
Mandarin speakers encouraged
Australian graduates or those familiar with Australia are encouraged
Possess at least minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
Willing to travel
Good Leadership & People Skills
Energetic, mature & loves meeting people
Strong presentation skills
Excellent negotiation & closing skills
Must be able to work weekends & public holidays

Leadership & Managerial Skills

Be responsible for the formulation of marketing strategies and developing marketing plans and budgets, advertising and promotion program.
Be responsible for the development of sales, marketing, advertising, promotional strategies and activities are within budget allocation and timeline;
Manage, train, supervise and mentor sales, and marketing team on achieving their targeted objectives in terms of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
Ability to lead a team under tight timeline and deliver desired results
Ability to manage and oversee all expects of business operations
Be responsible and accountable for all aspect of branch office operations
Be responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Results and Organizational Objectives & Deliverables
Be responsible for Administration of all Back End Activities i.e. Contracts & Documents – Liasing with Head Office to ensure all documents and contracts are in order
Be responsible for each and every customer account, managing, following up and seeing through that all deliverables to customers are met in a timely manner
